Yogic Butts & Gutts - yoga for the brave!  pure leg & abdominal and butt asanas (postures) in a sequence of stretches & poses designed to burn fat, build and tone muscle & develop strength not just in body, but in mind and emotions...a great way to build fitness, an 'gym alternate' workout, this one really does kick butt!:)

FLOW - the dragonfly teachers....are mostly 'vinyasa' trained (along with many other influences from different styles and inspirations of yoga.  vinyasa teaches us to 'dance' with asana (posture/pose) that dependent on your class style will be a *gentle flow thru to our *strong flow practice.  so whatever your level of strength, flexibility, fitness and knowledge of yoga, you should be able to find a class that will suit YOUR STYLE.  you will learn to flow and also learn sanskrit names, pranayama techniques, mudras and how to breakdown some of these more intricate asanas.

Gentle Flow - perfect for the beginner learning to flow and build more strength thru to the seasoned yogi looking to slow the flow down and concentrate more on alignment & form.

Intermediate Flow - a great level for a practice of at least 2 years, a moderate paced class.

Strong Flow -  come with no ego and see how far you can travel in mind and body.  some classes will be strong continuous flows, while others will be focussing on specific asanas.

Chill –  learn breathing techniques, stretching and yoga asanas (postures) to help you de-stress & relax.  our chill yoga will help your muscles loosen, stretch and tone, the body to relax, the mind to be peaceful, and you feel great.  here you will learn many asanas to help with gaining flexibility therefore, decreasing the risk of injuries to the body as well as healing current injuries.  you will enjoy this class whether you are an absolute beginner or an old faithfull:)    **This class is open to all abilities and will be perfect for you whether you are a TOTAL BEGINNER to yoga or an old faithful.  **WARNING** - This class has a slower, very chilled pace, watch out you could relax!!!:)** 

Restorative - slowwwww it all down and come sink into total support and snuggleness:)....all restorative supported props and a very gentle slow stretch, a little head,neck,shoulder or foot massage included...WARNING - you could really CHILL OUT in this class - PERFECTION for total beginners, injured, meditators/meditating, healing, ailing and very inflexible bodies and for those who need to just slow down and be still. 


Chill & Restorative - a beautiful mix of the two...gentle chill stretching, breathing and opening the body and some restorative stretches to sink into and relax and enjoy being still and peaceful while the pillows do all the work for your body...quite a brilliant mix of the two classes - a little movement and a little stillness and a lot of bliss:)
